Respect, Service, and Safety at Work® Audit

The Audit assists organizations implementing the PrepareTraining® program as a continuous quality improvement mechanism. This unique tool benchmarks relevant issues related to Respect, Service, and Safety at Work®. It guides organizations in assessing ongoing, unique workplace issues, and elements that affect them positively or negatively. The Audit can also help raise awareness of current workplace issues, and provides a format for viewing progress as training is implemented.

The Audit will help your organization examine policies and procedures related to employee and customer interactions. The organization will be able to address the ideal customer service experience and to design protocol that prepares employees to respond to significant disruptions. It will further help the organization to implement Violence Response Procedures when necessary.

The Audit allows organizations to view what is already in place, and then offers recommendations for further development.

Upon implementation of the PrepareTraining® program, organizations will have access to an expanded Audit, and begin to measure return on investment over time.
